These stories are trapped in our bodies, our nervous system, and our minds.

Through the practice of creative instinctual freeform movement, we will trust the innate wisdom of our being to support us to let go of the blocks that hold us back.

Through my loving guidance you will gently start to expand into the truth of who you really are.
