In this class you will explore the practice of loving yourself even though their might be things you don't like or judge about yourself. Loving yourself exactly as you are in this moment with out needing to change or fix anything. Remembering the love that you are.

What does self-love mean to you?
What arose in the dance that you don't love about yourself or feel judged about?
What feelings arose as you connected to that, where did you feel them in your body?
How did it feel to open to love while being present to those feelings? Was it easy?
What was your experience with dancing your heart open? Did you find tension, pain, crunchiness in your shoulders, shoulder blades, chest, arms, hands? Where was there openness and ease?
How was it to dance yourself wide open as love?
What arose as you had an intimate slow dance with yourself? How did you feel?
How did you feel at the end of the class? What wisdom, insight, or guidance arose?
