This classes theme is Self-Care. Taking good care of yourself: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually is foundational to this practice. It is important to set this foundation because as we get deeper into the practice "stuff" can rise to the surface, get churned up, and potentially become challenging. Taking time to slow down and really listen to our being and what we need in each moment is so supportive to this process. We are primarily going to focus on taking care of ourselves physically this month, but as we are holistic beings that will percolate into the other levels as well.
